Coming into being
The expression we exhibit in our daily life will reflect the condition of our psychological makeup. It is hard for humans to deal with their own failures.
The irony of it is, the failure may only be obvious too themselves, and not detected by those around them. When one fails to live up to the goal they set for themselves, a sense of failure nags at their mind. This of course feeds from the lack of achievement of other set goal’s.
From an early age most are encouraged by their family and peers to set goals for themselves. We fail to notice a baby in the stages of learning how to live among those around Him/Her. Think of it, a newborn is on their own as far as learning is concerned. They are not in control of their own body movements, yet there is the ability within them to grasp all the necessary ingredients to learn. It is a see and do process.
We as Christians regardless of age should approach our learning of Spiritual matters in the same way. We are completely void of understanding when it come to things Spiritual. Our human intellect wars against the Spirit of God. Just as the undeveloped muscles of a baby causes the inability to walk.
We as Christians have followed the directions of an outward manifestation of what men have assumed God to be. And the steps one must take in order to be acceptable to Him. Each religious order has its set rules one must follow. Most are taught their way is the only true way.
“Be still and know I am God.”
In the stillness comes forth the voice of the ages, it resounds throughout your being with timeless speed. His presence so soft, yet so strong in the solidness of your body, it quickens to the morrow of the bone.
Awake child of mine, come to the pastures I have prepared.
In the limitation of our language one can only stand in awe at the detail of each presence there. The vibrant colors in depth and detail explode with waves of peace and rest. All is well in this place, All is well.
We awaken at the presence of His voice. This voice so familiar to us it causes the joy to radiate to the depth of our being, which is one with the voice. We are aware, there is not a sound, all is still, yet each subject has its expression in the Spirit, in this place of rest.
Our eyes survey every direction, all the past, and present, are the same . It is as if we are in a frozen moment of complete bliss. Spiritual joy in the fullness of all, the harmony of the I AM. We are not strangers here, This is our completeness. The Father all in all.
How do we get to this place? Be still hear the voice of the I AM in the depth of your being. Self and senses cease to rule at His appearing within. Seize the moment, embrace it with all your heart. Father let me capture this moment, never to depart from the stillness of this place. Each man in His order will find the I AM within. This is the moment the source of all life. The presence of the ALL AND ALL, AND IN ALL.
I am reminded of the Eagle, soaring high in the heavens. He is not fearful of the approaching storm. He simply rises above it. When the storms of our mind threaten to disrupt our stillness of Spirit, Let the I AM within lift us
above the storm.
I am reminded of the words of Jesus “Take no thought” It is a reality there is a way of living beyond the mind. Of course that is who we really are LIFE. The mind and ego does not want to accept this reality. If the ego is neglected it becomes non-effective.
Often times our thoughts or I like to express it as (the voice of our mind) is in a state of racing thoughts. Continually going from one thing to another. In so doing it keeps us focused on things outside ourselves. It feeds off of past hurts and experiences. Often times telling us we failed, or we are unworthy of love, or a relationship. Another act of the mind is labeling things especially other people. She is no good, He is a stupid person. She is rich, etc, etc.
“Take no thought” Try it close your eyes and feel the energy in every member of your body. Don’t listen to your mind telling you I don’t feel a thing. Be as the Eagle rise above the rambling storm of thoughts into the peace and rest of the I AM within your being.
You are life. A part of the Source of all living things. Your outward man is controlled by the rambling thoughts of your mind. Oh but you have found a release, a door that has been opened waiting for you to come in. In this place there is no rambling thoughts, just the harmony of all things as it flows together like a river of life, bringing release to all the prisoners of self. In this place there is only the now. No past, or future, Only the reality of I AM. Peace that passes all understanding, joy flooding the soul, rest so peacefully it brings the reality there is no weight of self in this place. This is the reality of the abiding Christ within you. “I am with you always” Can you feel that aliveness within you, every fiber of your being, every cell is alive in the presence of Being. You don’t need to think, However if the need arises to think, the mind still operates, However it is pure and in harmony. This is the mind of Christ within you. This is the awareness, the light, the life, The I AM THAT I AM. This is beyond the carnal mind, which is foolishness to God. This is who you are, This is what you are in a body for. To bring the light of life to the world. You are chosen for this day. You have come to the way of escape. A place where you resist nothing. You see it for what it is. And know it is all joined as one. Your focus is on the oneness of all things. Seen and unseen, Earthly or Heavenly. You are a part of it all.
If I removed a glass of water from the ocean, and take it home with me would not change the fact this is a part of the ocean. You being in a body doesn’t change who you are, you are still part of that which you came from. You were in this Christ before the foundation of the world. Circumstances and ages, has not changed this. The real I Am in each person is all joined as one. When we start speaking of I, me, mine, we speak as if we are isolated or separated from the oneness. (God) The reality is we cannot be separated from Him, He is all in all.
At birth I was given the name Billy Edward Green. This is the label I lived by. I lived by the sounds of words learning by the sound that came from those talking to me I was Billy I accepted this as a truth. Experiences begin to take place some good, and some bad. My mind and ego were at work shaping my life in a way that is acceptable to society. The truth is most of our society is misguided. Very few are awakened to life beyond self.
We grow up controlled by mind and ego. Both love misery never able to be satisfied, always seeking for more. We spend years seeking truth. Our ego wants more and more our thoughts fluctuating from past to future, never wanting to face this moment the NOW. The ego is dysfunctional when we live compatible with the now. More and more people are being awakened to the now. Becoming one with life.
“In Him we live, move, and have our being. His joy is manifested in us as we are awakened in our true identity.
Love
Bill.
